CV working with mental health

I am editing my CV and I want to put in that I have worked with people with mental health issues, I am a volunteer and help people with basic computer/phone needs, and I have had a few people that I have had to take my time with due to their mental health. I'm just not sure how to word it so it can go on my transferable skills.

Any suggestions?

Great wording - how about prefixing with the word flexibility - 'Flexibly adapting my approach etc...'

Always worth having a look at job descriptions and getting your  wording from them.

"Delivered empathetic and patient-focused assistance to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring their comfort and addressing their unique needs effectively." maybe something like that? Otherwise check with the academized.com/thesis-proposal service if they might offer you a better version.  Hope it helps.
