    Hi

I'm not sure of their refund/exchange policy but was it in the sale? I know a lot of places say no refund on sale items, although it's still unfair.

Have you been yourself? I would go in if I were you, they are less likely to fob you off, it's too easy with a kid.
If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in :D

By law unfortunately you don't have any come-back unless the item is faulty or not fit for the intended purpose. An item not fitting is not a reason for them to refund or exhange. Most places do it out of goodwill but they do not have to. Go in yourself and ask again but legally there is nothing you can do. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
