Morning Gers. Thanks for starting us off and hope you're feeling better this morning.Nothing exciting here today. Housework (it never ends, does it) and putting some bedding on the line is about as much as I need to do today.Hope everyone has a good day x9

It's very grey outside, not boding well for the day. I'm still a bit dodgy so only ate two softly boiled eggs and a small banana which almost instantly upset 'things' so it was back to cooled boiled water with a touch of salt and sugar added. My fingers are crossed for a better day today. It's monthly banking time and then I have no plans, just sitting quietly near the toilet! I hope that everyone has a good day.7

Gers I hope are feeling better. It’s tipping it down here - only supposed to be for an hour or so so dog walking postponed until later.Having just walked past my office/work/craft room I think I know what the first job is - stuff everywhere cos I am partway through about 3 projects…….waiting for paint to dry on one, glue on another and then started with some fabric about 1030pm while the bath was running last night. Chaos! I also have a box at about 200 pine cones for Christmas wreaths plus a pallet to cut down.
Anyway, it’s a change from medical appointments of which here are none this week 🙌
hugs for all those waiting for news of loved ones and those not feeling 100%

Morning everyone and 'thank you' for starting us off Gers (hope you are soon feeling better).
It's grey and raining here xx6 -
Morning,
Sorry to hear you are still not feeling 100% Gers.
It is dreary here too, but it’s my 60th today so I have had a nice morning of opening cards and gifts. Going to a garden centre for lunch and to spend gift vouchers on bedding plants and spring bulbs, always fun.
No other plans, although I will pop in and visit mum.
Take care all.

Morning, thanks Gers.Sorry to hear you're not back to your usual self yet.@Peony , hope you have a lovely 60th birthday.Allie, sounds like a busy day
Chrisca - I had a busy housework day, cleaning yesterday, but I can guarantee it won't be like that long, what with a slobbery big dog bringing in fallen leaves and muddy footprints, oh and the menfolk doing the same
We've actually got blue sky hereTea last night was a hotch potch of finishing bits up to make space for an order later. Also have to pick a meat pack up I ordered from the butcher last night. I think we'll have salmon later. I had a restless night and feel very lethargic now so that will be quick and easy.DGS starts back at school today, his last year of primary school. DGD isn't back until Thursday.
Hope you all have a good day:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. (Eleanor Roosevelt)7 -
Morning everyone
Happy Birthday peony, have a lovely day
Gers I hope your tummy improves soon.
Izzy I hope you're feeling better too
Our interviews went well yesterday, we're stuck between two candidates so are waiting for references, which will hopefully help with our decision.
I then went round to DDs house and did a couple of jobs.
Little one is going to have a needle put into her port today for some more blood tests. She had played a bit yesterday and was more cheerful, but her sugars are still going too low too quickly.
I have a few jobs to do this morning and then plan to have a lazy afternoon, as I'm back to work tomorrow.
Hope everyone has a good day x6
