How much should I be using? I got some recently but it's in a tube and I'm not sure how much to use each time. How much comes out of the pump? It's not cheap so being a moneysaver I want to make sure I'm not using too much.

if you have a tube then you'll probably end up using too much - I can't think of a way of describing the amount you need though, maybe a blob about the size of a fingernail? The problem with the tubes is if you squirt out too much you end up using it as you can't put it back in.

And when you think the tube is empty cut it in half and scoop out what's inside - you'd be amazed at how much is left in there.

Start by using a tiny bit..massage it over your face and just keep adding a minute bit more till you find what you need..if you wet your hands slightly after it's on your face you find you need less. i started using C&P a year ago..and I love it!!

Thanks for that. I'll experiment with different amounts. I've been using it for a week now and love it so far.
