Next Free Delivery Code (Working atm!)

Hi, is there a minimum order? I didn't see where you would put code?
I got charged the full amount
First time I placed an order on Next online.

Thanks for this but just where do you put this code - I placed an order last night and no where could I find a space to put a promotional code so I have ended up paying for delivery which I am not happy about ....

Where do you enter free delivery codes? I cant seem to find anywhere on the Next checkout to put one. Help

I think you have to enter the code when you log in to your account in the first place? Then go and look up which item you want, the code should be applied already. Hope that makes sense?

ETA - actually just tried that with no luck

When I log in it says

1.Customer No.

2. Date of Birth

3. Postcode

4.Click "Sign in" to continue

No other boxes to enter promotional code.


If I try the help button it says if you have a promotional code enter it in the space provided but there isn't one.

sorry,cant help with the missing code box, I always get the promotional code box under the postcode so I'm not sure why it doesn't show for everyone -
