Mortgage & adding someone on

Morning
My fixed rate mortgage is coming to an end in feb25, in that time i became a single parent and have been paying the mortgage alone ever since. I work part time with three young children and I am now going to be remortgaging which I no means my payments will more than likely go up and I don’t no if they will give me a good mortgage with a part time income on my own.

Is it possible to add my mum to the mortgage who works full time & owns her own house outright? Would this make it more likely to be able to keep my mortgage?
