Can't log into E-Rewards

Anyone else having problems logging into E-Rewards? started yesterday, says my log in details are incorrect but they are 'saved' and 100% correct.  Odd its happening the same time as split from Ebay, maybe Nectar trying to prevent people converting points to turn into vouchers?

Yes, exactly the same problem, and trying to change my password is impossible

Yes my has been like this for about a week now and they have stopped answering emails sent to them and at 1st they kept saying account was not blocked when in fact it was.

I have a feeling they have gone under as on Trust Pilot you can not leave a review as it comes up that they have taken website down.

As i say i have a feeling E rewards are at a end.

The problem is Erewards website no longer redirects to the Nectar associated site when logging in hence Erewards does not recognise log in details. Only way now to log in is if you receive the daily email as that takes you to the Nectar/Erwards site.

So have they done it that way to make it as hard as possible to login then?

i do not understand why they have done it so we can not login in as we would need to login sometime to redeem points.

I have email then and we keep going round and round with them as they are now saying for me to give them a new email address so then we can reset password which i do not see any point as it will still not work.

Anyone else had issues redeeming points using a mobile phone or tablet. I couldn’t redeem points yesterday and have been told you can now only redeem using a computer ( not on a phone or tablet) This is news to me, anybody else know about this?
