20% LTV mortgage deals

I've got a low LTV % around 20% 14 years left on mortgage, Not sure I'm being given the best deals seeing I have 80% equity. Any links you can pass my way would be helpful as I've internet search the answers and not getting any real answers.

Typically once you get below 60% LTV it really doesn't affect the interest rates any more...

Once 60% LTV is reached that's it. There's less potential profit for the lender. While the cost of dealing with delinquent accounts remains static irrespective of the amount owed.
Best option is to overpay and clear the debt ASAP.1
