National Express Website Vision Problems

I just wanted to warn others about using the National Express Website on a small phone or those like myself with limited eyesight
I recently tried to book a return ticket on my android tablet.
I logged in and it asked where and when I wanted to travel so I gave the date's and time's.
It bought up 10 or so options some boldly highlighted as cheapest or fastest, I chose what I thought was the fastest for the days I wanted to travel and carried on with the booking, at no point did it give me a summary of what journey's I had selected, it kept prompting me to buy extra luggage space or make charity donations. but it never said you have booked these coaches for these dates.
As I had to stop driving several years ago im a prolific online shopper.. so rarely have any problems.
I finished the transaction and went to check the tickets they sent ( which I always print I'm old, my phone is old, paper works for me, I've planted lots of trees in my time, I'm in credit) so I opened the attachment both trips were for the totally wrong days, when I went back in, despite me saying what day and time I wanted to travel it bought up nearly a weeks worth of options. so I was driven by the big green text saying fastest, I didn't see the smaller text showing a different day
because of my disability money is tight so I had gone for the cheapest not refundable option. So unsurprisingly when I contacted National Express to highlight the problem, I got the usual computer said no!
well done for reading all of this, it's easy to ramble when I us dictation.
Anyway just be careful I have wasted over £50, and have two tickets that I can't use. I am waiting for customer service to see if I can give them away, some in Hull might want to go to London/Ringwood in September
