Zopa loan sold to Cabot

Hi Everyone.
Letter today for my defaulted Zopa loan saying they have sold it to Cabot. Not yet set up any repayments to this as I was awaiting letter rather than telephone, email, text demands. So now I'll await a letter from Cabot. Is this right? Also should I send Cabot a CCA request, like I did with PRA group who bought my barclaycard debt?
