In 2016 my employer opened me a plan with these people, I can honestly say I have never dealt with such an appalling company.
i managed to get my user name (after a fashion) they also supplied me with a balance. I have now been trying for some weeks to get my password and have been fobbed off with numerous excuses, there latest seems to be allegedly sending emails with log on details no emails ever appear!
grateful for any suggestions Kim

Have you created an account with them with online access?
For obvious reasons password security etc is high on sites such as these to ensure the safety of large sums of money.
I've always found Nest ok, the website is a bit clunky but it's secure and I can do what I want with my pensions quite easily.
Have you tried the password re-set option on the website?0 -
It is not uncommon for details to be incorrect when the auto-enrolment scheme is set up. Your employer provides the initial data for them to use. Often, the data supplied is a mess (incorrect name fields, incorrect DOB, incorrect NI, address etc). This is why they give you the welcome pack when it is set up and ask you to correct any details.
if they are sending emails and you are not getting them then that typically means either a spam filter is removing them at your end or the email address is incorrect. So, check your spam folder and check the email address they are using.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. You create your username, so not sure what you mean by this? If you've forgotten it, you can have a reminder sent by email and the whole process is automated, so if you're not getting the emails, are you sure your email address is correct?
You've been a member since 2016 - is this issue recent, or have you never actually used your online account until now? Are you sure you're properly registered?Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!2 -
As above, your employer may have put in an incorrect email for you which means that as far as NEST are concerned they're sending the email to the correct email that they have on file.
Speak to your employer & ask them to send a screenshot of your details from the NEST system, it will contain everything you need to get access & you will be able to see if they've put your email in wrong.1 -
never had an issue with NEST; I think the scheme is great. When you get access consider an alternative fund to the default.0
