Agree wholeheartedly, send CCA request`s for definite, and persist with the write off requests as well, one way or another you will get there.

There is very little the creditors can do here, and its been dragging on for far too long, time to put this one to bed for good don`t you think.

The direct approach telling them about her failing health, dire financial circumstances, that she can`t afford payments so won`t be making any, etc etc, should hasten a commercial decision to write off the lot.
