Rotating recipes

Do you have standard recipes that you rotate, or are you always trying something new? I'm meal-planning for a week at a time, and am trying to come up with a few dinners that DH could learn to cook as well. Here's what we tend to have:
- Bolognaise with pasta or spud and cheese.
- Lasagne.
- Chilli with rice or spud, yoghurt and cheese.
- Curry with rice or spud.
- Stirfry with rice or noodles.
- Shepherd's pie.
- Meat, mash and veg.
- Salmon, spud/rice and veg/salad.
- Risotto.
- Crockpot stew with dumplings and veg.
Any other suggestions for quick and simple? He'll occasionally have omelette or egg on toast but that's it. I do ring the changes with meat/fish/veggie according to my mood, but am looking for a bit more inspiration. We typically eat together 5 nights a week including the weekends.

How about also adding the following,
toad in the hole
omlette
jacket potatoes with various fillings (could use left over chilli)
pie, mash or chips & veg
sausage casserole
sausage & mash
pasta bake
lamb hotpot (SC)
chicken in campbells mushroom soup, seved with pasta (so easy) (tasted like chicken supreme)
brisket (cooked in the SC)
tortilla chips, baked in HM salsa sauce with cheese, served with onion rings, pizza
Roast Dinner with all the veg & trimmings!
Bubble & squeek (using any left overs)
Hope this helps, I could go on forever.
Im all for trying new things, but limited as OH is a fussy eater, so I try and keep to a basic meal plans with easy and cheap enough meals. I meal plan each week with what I have in the fridge/freezer/store cupboard.
