Electoral roll - check my file

According to check my file. The three credit ref agencies have different dates of electoral roll registration for my current address (Rented accommodation)
I didn't update electoral roll straight away. I didn't register to vote here until this year's general election..
Equifax - registered from 2023. Added to rolling register jun 2024.
Experian - Registered from 2024
Transunion - registered 2024. Added to rolling register in July 2024.
Why does equifax state 2023??? The others state 2024 which is in line with when I registered to vote.
I'm not on any household bills and only changed my bank accounts in Aug 2023 to this address. My payslips don't have my address on them. HMRC/work will have it from Oct 2022 when I changed my job and therefore my April 2022 p60 has old address on it.
Should I state my moving date as Oct 2022 to match my p45 and p60. I was living away during the week from feb-oct 2022 in hotels and only stayed at this address at weekends until my new job started in Oct and I was here full time.
What will I need for proof of address that I was here since Oct 2022?
Experian don't have my previous address as registered on the electoral roll but the others do. How do I fix that? Will it be an issue. How far back do they check electoral roll?

These things take time to update. That they have different dates shouldn't be a huge problem as far as I know.
Is it a concern about applying for credit that is urgent? If not the significance will fade with time.
Copies of bank statements showing the address would adequate for most things I think.

It's for a mortgage in principle and mortgage application.
I'm unsure what the lenders will be looking for. Do I need to prove that I lived at this address from Oct 2022-present? My bank statements only show my new address from Aug 2023.
Does it really matter about the crossover in dates...
