If that is the case with my one it will be going back,
but saying that my workmate has the Jabra SP500 paired with his Nokia N70 and has no problems whatsoever .

This works the just the same as a Bluetooth headset only it doesnt have the same privacy, if your nephews okay with this it should be fine.

The one I ordered arrived yesterday aswell,it took a while longer to charge it
than what was quoted in the instructions (2 hours) but paired up with my phone no probs .
So far everyone I have spoken to can hear me well so I am happy with it :j
and it is a lot smaller than it looks in the photo
