My Argos card has defaulted at long last and have received a letter asking me to set up a payment plan with them.
Anyone know if they produce CCA's if i submit a request?
My account opened in 2016 or do I ride it out and see what happens next, Debt collection / Sold etc.

I have Dyslexia which is a learning difficulty that primarily affects the skills involved in accurate and fluent word reading and spelling so some post may not make sense.

I wouldnt ask a lender for a CCA unless the account is much older than that. You are much more likely to have success if you wait until the debt has been sold so pay them as little as possible until then.0
