British Board of Agrement house-to-house survey?

I’ve just had a phone call purporting to be from a contractor to the BBA, carrying a house-to-house energy efficiency survey in my postcode area “tomorrow”.
I declined his offer (didn’t believe a word of it) but could this be true?
I looked on the BBA website and saw nothing to indicate any “household survey” in the offing. So I assume it’s the same as the other itinerant bods who are “working in the area/for your neighbour” and would like to wash my roof/cut my hedge/tarmac my drive/carry out some other scam.
“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”
