LNER Industrial action right to refund for affected leg of return journey

Hi there forumites!
I'm really hoping that this wonderful community can help guide me:
I booked a 1st class return rail ticket with split fare (return London to Newcastle) for a work reunion on Friday 13 /Saturday 14 September via TrainTickets website where I was sold 3 Advance Tickets with split fares. These were very expensive as I booked 1st Class return both ways so about £177 worth of train fares.
Unfortunately, I learn that there is to be industrial action staged by LNER train drivers over weekends (Sat and Sun) starting on 30 August and until November, so this will affect my return journey: I will be able to get to Newcastle on the Friday (my train leaves Kings Cross at 11am) but I may not be able to return from Newcastle on Saturday if there's strike action and a severely reduced service.
Train Tickets contact email (support@traintickets.com) has bounced and their website says Advance tickets are non-refundable.
Does anyone know what rights I might have getting my money back for this ticket on the affected Saturday?
As I say the contact details for Traintickets.com is unreachable.
I do hope that you will be able to give me some sage advice.
Many thanks in advance!

If the strikes are confirmed (and as of today there is time for them to be called off) if any leg of your journey is affected you can cancel for a full refund with no admin fees payable. The LNER website should be updated with advice as the situation changes.
Paragraph 30.1 explains it:

I'd also avoid sites such as you used, they are usually no more than a middle man and may play fast and loose when your are trying to exercise your consumer rights. Buy from a train operating company.3
