got small compensation from rbs

a few months ago my RBS debt started getting moved backwards and forwards
moorcroft said rbs were dealing with my rbs debt, RBS said moorcroft were dealing with it.
it went RBS, moorcroft, RBS, moorcroft,
moorcroft actually were dealing with it, it was in their back office , so it looked as if it went back to RBS.
after 7 week complaining to RBS, rbs gave me £50 for the hassle.
the debt will be wiped off next week in a dro, hopefully and they are giving me £50
just goes to show if you complain hard enough about who owns what and when and they get all muddled up, they give you money for your hassle
