Hi SS, not tried it myself (yet anyway) but the details I posted were all that I could see that were relevant from the article - no code to quote etc. Only other thing I remember (as I read it in the newsagent) was that it was "one per household" and "whilst stocks last"

I can only think that they want your name and address, perhaps a phone number ?
