What is next after POPLA?
They are not currently litigious.
Sit tight. No work needed.
DO NOT PAY.
Tell them if you move house.
That is all.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My NTK does mention 28 days on it. It's on page 2 of this thread. The wording could be wrong but I don't think it is.Coupon-mad said:

Horizon had a brief foray with small claims after COVID to recoup some money in 2021 but nothing since. They are not currently litigious.

Except for the POPLA Complaint. This finding is factually and very clearly wrong:I am satisfied that the NTK has complied with the requirements of PoFA 2012. I can see that the keeper was invited to supply the driver details to the operator within 28 days beginning with the day after that on which the notice was given. No the NTK did not state that timeline.
So there's nothing else to do now we should just ignore them? MET will probably continue to send letters though right? I don't want a CCJ or anything.
Doesn't sit well with me to just ignore it tbh.0 -
You won't get a CCJ as long as you follow the advice on this forum.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Oh yes. Oops. Why did I think your case involved a Horizon NTK? My bad! Too many cases on here. I've edited my last reply which mentioned Horizon by mistake.Jughead_2024 said:

But that changes nothing.
It would be madness to pay just because you lost at POPLA. Please don't.
We wouldn't have told you to try Popla if we'd known that you thought you have to pay after losing. You'd have been better just ignoring from the start if we'd realised that you thought POPLA matters. It doesn't.
Most people lose at POPLA. Nobody pays.
MET do not sue people. Ignore the £170 debt demands and please don't tell us about those (see the 4th post if the NEWBIES thread). Honestly ignore.
You should still complain to POPLA because Airport sites are NOT subject to the POFA and keeper liability is impossible.
