Can you get personal finance for a private sellers car? Unable to get a loan for credit rating reasons but desperately need a bigger car for health reasons. Does anyone know any good firms who will offer finance personally for a car?

The only sources of credit to buy a car in a private sale is a personal loan or a cash withdrawal from a credit card. The credit card option is incredibly expensive.

Have you looked at Peer-to-Peer lenders to see if you can pass their credit score?
Have you looked to see if there is a Credit Union that might loan you the money?
Do you have any family or friends that might be able to loan you the money or part of what you need?

What health conditions do you have and how big a car do you need?
How much do you feel you need to spend to get a suitable car?
How much deposit do you have?
Are you working?
Are you claiming any benefits (if so, which)?
