Second credit check after mortgage offer

Hi does anyone know if TML does a second credit check after offer pre exchange / completion please

Credit files can be monitored and flags raised for significat changes.

think the general wisdom would be not to do anything drastic borrowing wise in between offer and completion.

I haven’t taken out any additional lending or alike. I wouldn’t dare! I am just such a worrier, and I don’t think I will rest until keys are in my hand.

I feel you! It is an incredibly stressful experience. There are lots of pitfalls but if you're not borrowing extra then another credit check (if they do one) is not likely to be an issue.
