Going over your original post, some thoughts which may or may not be useful -
- Rent seems low, is that accurate?
- Is there anything that can be sold (appreciate that you said you live a minimalist lifestyle, I'm guessing that means the impulse spends were on experiences rather than objects?)
- your plan doesn't seem to include paying back your car loan from your relative? Personally I'd prioritise paying back family over paying back a bank given that you are going to be getting defaults anyway.
- you mention in one of your replies that it would be good for the defaults to take longer to let you pay off the other debts first. You don't need to re-start paying as soon as the account has defaulted. Don't re-start paying the debts until you are in a position to do so, ie built up your emergency fund, paid back your relative. Personally, I'd say start doing that now - half of the 800 to emergency fund, half to relative and default on everything else. When you re-start paying your creditors, you can choose to do it in whatever size pots you want, if you manage it yourself - so you can pay the smaller ones off then (and even if they haven't defaulted you, you'd start the clock ticking on the credit record falling off six years from paying off the debt, so there would be very little difference)Statement of Affairs (SOA) link: https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/financecalculators/soa.phpFor free, non-judgemental debt advice, try: Stepchange or National Debtline.
