Is there a particular reason you want to buy your office chair from Tesco? I'm asking, because most of the second hand shops around me (London) seem to have loads ... and from the few cheaper models that I've used in previous jobs, they were pretty ghastly (& I'd be more inclined to check out Ikea or an ergonomic chair, balancing budget and keeping my back safe).
