I wonder whether it is down to the local shop and how they program their bar codes/tills.
I had a similar situation with some very expensive moisuriser. It was £17.95 then reduced to 1/2 price, then reduced again for clearance. For each one you got back £2.50. Unfortunately, the check out guy saw this double reduction and called the supervisor so I still had to pay £1 each. (Made great Christmas presents though).
Would hate to go through checkout and end up paying for 1/2 dozen CD's that I don't really want. But, may try it on one or two if they have anything I do want. Will let you know if I do.There is always light within the dark0 -
SO WHAT HAPPENED TO FREE SPEECH??EVERYONE'S ENTITLED TO THEIR OPINION.daveboy wrote:Michael Jackson was found not guilty on all charges.
I am not a supporter of his.
If you wish to make comments suggesting he is guilty, make them away from this site as doing so is libellous."When you want something said, ask a man.

Michael jackson is an absolute genius - he's been found innocent, as one of his songs says, LEAVE HIM ALONE.
Everyones entitled to their own opinion, but if you're gonna make snide comments about his personal life, then back it up with fact.
And keep his music seperate. He's the biggest selling singer ever, that speaks for itself in my opinion. He's a star0 -
I'd have left it there!! Along with his careerIn this trusted place U can erase
Every tear that ever rolled down your weary face
All the time U waste in that paper chase

Didnt mean to press thanks....I meant to quote you...He writes a good song (when he does his own writing) But a genius he is not.....The only genius in music at the moment is PRINCE..he really has no peers, as is shown in the way the music biz applauds him!! And rightly so....In this trusted place U can erase

Is the jury still out on if £2.01 was enough money to take this CD away? Not enough for me.One half of the world cannot understand the pleasures of the other0
