Hi there received in post. Notice of Intended Legal Action for £370.00 for 2 unpaid fines from North Street Car Park Belfast from 2020. What's the position on these currently? I had originally not paid them as was suggested on a few sites that they could not be enforced. Has this changed?
Any advice welcome. Thank you

They can't take any legal action unless they know who the driver is, so long as you haven't told them that then you're fine

Thank you. I have never made contact with them. Will DCBL just continue to send letters, does it eventually stop? D Do you know if this effects credit rating?
I no longer have the car.

They'll eventually stop. The last car park one I got I appealed and never heard from them again (three years), also got one around 2020 after nothing for four years on a different one that I'd previously ignored, heard nothing since. It can't affect your credit rating since they don't have an individual to link to.
