    Hello,
    I am a Barclays customer for many of their products, and in their mobile banking app I have a section called "Wealth hub" that gives me a breakdown of my assets and liabilities that they know of. Among the assets is my house which has a mortgage with Barclays, and I believe the value they show there is their own desktop valuation of the property, because it updates every 3 months. Caveat - I have their Premier banking, so this Wealth Hub might be a perk for premier customers only.
