hi all,
i want to make myself a house number that is clear perspex (cut to my house number).
the problem being, that i want to sit the perspex numbers on a blue LED uplighter (if there is such a thing).
giving the perspex a nice blue glow on the outside of my house.

I have seen the B&B signs with the downlighters and thats what inspired me into this idea.

what i require is the technical term of the uplighter, or if i can make one myself (considering it will be outside open to the elements).

also if there is an item i can buy of the shelf that will hold say 10-20 LED`s in a line.

your help would be gratefully accepted.
