unencumbered remortgage

Hi, I own a property without a mortgage and currently have a long term tenant. I would like to get a small mortgage to raise funds to buy a static caravan. Is this possible and what are the best lender?

    Yes. 
    Depends on the rest of the case. 

    Speak to a broker. Most BTLs are only available through brokers anyway so its not a bad thing to use a broker on BTLs where you are not 100% straight forward.
