Chris Stapleton returns to the UK later this year with his ‘All-American Road Show Goes Across The Pond’, and we’re giving you the chance to be at one of his shows.

The “Tennessee Whiskey” singer will be performing in Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham and London this October. 

Chris is one of the most decorated artists in Country Music with 8 Grammy awards, 15 CMA Awards and 16 ACMs - including Entertainer of The Year. 

The upcoming performances celebrate Stapleton’s critically acclaimed new album, ‘Higher’, which includes the singles “White Horse” and “Think I’m In Love With You”.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Absolute Radio Country Ticket Giveaway (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition. 

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN The prize winner for the Instagram competition will be selected from those persons who have commented on the pinned post on @AbsoluteRadioCountry’s Instagram Profile, replied with a tagged profile or name and follow the other conditions of entry; the entrant should have a public Instagram profile and be following @AbsoluteRadioCountry alongside the comment. The online winner will be chosen by electronic random draw. 

The winner will be contacted by a Bauer Media representative to claim their prize by direct message from @AbsoluteRadioCountry, if after 36 hours the winner has not contacted Bauer Media to confirm their details, Bauer Media will select a new winner. 

The winner must fulfil all eligibility criteria (See 4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS)

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

1. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS 

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. 

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter. 

• Tickets are non transferable. 

• Winner must have a valid email address in order to receive their e-ticket. 

1. THE PRIZE 

Online Prize: One pair of tickets to see Carly Pearce in the UK at either: 

MANCHESTER – AO ARENA • 16 OCTOBER 2024 

GLASGOW – OVO HYDEO • 17 OCTOBER 2024 

BIRMINGHAM – UTILITA ARENA • 22 OCTOBER 2024 

LONDON – THE O2 • 23 OCTOBER 2024 

The winner can choose which city they wish to win tickets for, if their chosen city is unavailable an alternative will be offered, for the competition from 6 AUGUST 2024 at 12PM until 13 AUGUST 2024 at 12PM. 

Use of a false name will result in disqualification. 

1. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. 

1. Entrants who sign up to Bauer Media UK can opt out at any time. All marketing content which is sent to entrants will have an opt-out link within the content. 

1. Successful winners' delivery addresses will be used by Bauer Media only to send your e-ticket to you. 

OTHER CONDITIONS 

1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. 1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

1. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject. 

1. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win. 

1. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call. 

1. You are responsible for all costs of entry. 

1. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. 

1. Whilst on-air, you must not make inappropriate or offensive statements. 

1. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize. 

1. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
