Equiniti Gateway Service / Lenvi re-opening Help To Buy accounts already closed with Target HCA

Since Equiniti Gateway Service / Lenvi took over the administration of Help To Buy loans from Target HCA, did anyone receive charges/arrears from Lenvi, despite the account being fully settled with Target HCA (before the new contract handover on 16 Jun 2023, see the full story here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6455729/help-to-buy-not-answering-phone)

My account was settled and closed with Target HCA a while back, Sep 2021 with written letters issued by Target HCA, years before this 'handover' between administrating companies. Now, I've received multiple contacts from Lenvi to collect fees/arrears on a closed account with no outstanding balance, back-dated for 2022 (while Target HCA was still the administrator, but my account was already closed)

Is anyone experiencing a similar situation?
