Can a person of 18 starting a government apprenticeship training scheme have a 2nd job if they will earn £14k a year on the scheme is there a clause in the contract to stop them getting a 2nd job and paying tax on the 2nd job seperately

AIUI there is no such thing as a "standard government apprenticeship training scheme contact" (only certain minimum standards they must meet) so it will depend on the individual employer0
