Lifechanging Help Needed For Multiple Debts

Based on what you said, it sounds like perhaps a plan of action for me could be to try and pay the CCJ debts first, as opposed to those that are now statute barred?  

Over the last three weeks, I have received multiple emails from multiple creditors offering 50-75% discounts on the debts that are statute barred.

I hope you aren't going to pay these?

I cannot afford to pay them. 
But I suppose the existing CCJ's would take priority I think? Sorry not an expert at all here.

Why pay any of them whilst they are not enforceable outside the UK?

You could if you wanted put the money in a savings account then in the future if you do decide to return to the UK permanently and the debt is still enforceable you would have the money to pay.

Remember if you come to the UK on a short visit you are not going to be stopped at the boarder, if this happened the Border Force would be stopping a large proportion of people who had debts.
