If its your birthday why do you have to take the cake?
    Weird tradition in your workplace?

nope - same in every place i've worked (and thats quite a few!) You always take cakes in for your colleagues.

Well you see i bake cakes normally and i thought i would make one for my birthday. As it turns out there are only two other people in tommorow so it looks like it will be sent around the store :rotfl:

Well I didn't spend anything all week until today when I spent my budget of £10 on petrol.

But my boys (rabbit and guinea pig) needed some more food so I was forced to spend an extra £1.50 on this.

I was therefore over budget by £1.50  . Never mind - my boys needed to eat ;) .

This week will be expensive for me as it's payday. I need to give my mum her food money of £100, top up my mobile phone for the month with £20 and put in £20 worth of petrol as the £10 I put in today has only put it up to a quarter of a tank  .

I will therefore budget £150 for this week :D . I'm not going out for New Year but will be sat answering questions on AQA as it's 40p a question :rotfl: .

Good luck everyone and Happy New Year :j

  • hi PAP

I have been away on holiday for 5 weeks so finally it's time to get back on the wagon again. Last week I allocated £ 7.50 and only spent £1.39, but I didn't post my challenge. So this week I will again allocate £7.50 for the week and hope to do the same again. Good luck to everyone for the week ahead.

    Cheers

    Hi PAP, happy birthday!

Did quite well this week considering Christmas and my birthday etc, but I've been poorly, so its been hard to spend anything! :rotfl:

Only spent £20.16 all week, so well under budget and I made myself an extra £200! Do I count that?

Going to go for £50 again this week and hope I can do half as well again! :D

    Happy New Year all!
    :heartpuls  :heartpuls
  • Hello - happy new year! I'd really like to join in if that's ok?! Need a bit of a kick start to the motivation!

This week I'm going to aim for £50 too. Fingers crossed!
Proud to be dealing with my debts!;)
