There is a cheap safecom one that works OK as an access point for a DS/Wii too - I can check the part number if anyone needs it.

Good point why. I have a pc close to wii pc with wireless wont connect as its in a corner the wii next to it connects fine once I removed the mac security. The wii only uses wifi B not G

everyones wii has wifi built in...you need the the usb wifi conecter if you dont have a router to allow the wii to connect to the internet via the p.c

will this help with my very dodgy and very infuriating wii conection which is on and off as much as a ............. (well you get the idea!;)) lets just say its very patchy - i dont think i have ever managed to play one whole game of mario football over the web yet without loosing connection! any ideas?

If you can get a cable from you wii to your router, and your router has a free RJ45 socket, the most stable connection is via a cable and one of these:

It makes for a very reliable connections.

thanks i will give that a go they are out of stock at present but i found the same one on amazon
