Colliding his joint passion for words and music, Colin MacIntyre’s brand new album In My Mind There’s A Room features an all-star cast of literary giants who have penned words about a special room that plays, or has played, a significant role in their lives. 

Hear the album performed live from MacIntyre (best known for his Mull Historical Society moniker) with special guest appearances from the writers themselves in an unforgettable evening evoking the spaces which have launched a thousand stories. 

Part of a series of lively evening and night-time events that mark the return of the Spiegeltent to the Edinburgh International Book Festival (EIBF), this is your chance to win a pair of tickets to this one-off event. 

EIBF flings open its doors from Saturday 10–Sunday 25 August at Edinburgh Futures Institute, their new home that was formerly the site of the old Royal Infirmary. The Festival has more than 500 events for adults, families, readers, thinkers, hopers, dreamers, and just about anyone else.
