Natwest Product Transfer Rates

Natwest appear to have stopped publishing their product transfer rates that they offer to brokers. These rates used to be available to download via their website

Can anyone advise how I can keep a track of any changes, without having to go back to my broker every few weeks? I have a product agreed for end of October but want to be able to snap up any improved offers.

TIA

NatWest have indeed stopped publishing existing customer rates as of this month. We need to access each Client's case to find options.

They have gone the same way as Halifax and Santander pricing individually.

Looking at current Client rates available today there seems to have been no change since last product sheet 19th July

I am afraid Modric, you will need to check checking with your Broker.

halifax follow on rates are really poor, we have a 26% ltv
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

The same applies as with NatWest, check options via a Broker rather than direct for a wider and less expensive choice of rates.
