• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over, except for employees of Visit San Antonio and their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.
• This promotion will run from 24th July 2024 to 24th September 2024
• The prize is a holiday to San Antonio, Texas and must be taken in one trip. The prize consists of the following:

• At the end of the entry period, one winner will be selected at random from all complete entries with a correct answer to the entry question. No purchase is required to enter.
• No person may enter this competition more than once. If we suspect that an individual has set up a fake email address to circumvent this rule, we reserve the right to disqualify all entries that we reasonably believe were generated by that individual.
• Individuals can gain extra entries by sharing the competition using the link provided. Extra entries will be awarded when another user enters via your link.
• The winner will be contacted by Visit San Antonio using the email address given at the time of entry and must reply to acknowledge their prize within 7 days, otherwise they forfeit their prize and we reserve the right to draw another winner.
• The prize will be coordinated by the Visit San Antonio’s representative and will be the main point of contact in relation to the prize.
• The prize is subject to availability. Blackout dates around school holidays, Thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas may apply.
• Prize must be taken by 30 June 2025
• The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. Visit San Antonio and its agencies will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.
• If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety at the sole discretion of Visit San Antonio. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-changeable. No refunds or credits for changes are allowed. 
• Visit San Antonio may make changes to this prize without notice and subject to availability.
• The prize does not include travel to and from London Heathrow airport, or any travel or other expenses during the trip unless otherwise stated. Any out-of-pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food) are not included in the prize.
• ALL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. The Grand Prize, and all portions of the Grand Prize, are awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, without limitation.
