HR check in call - interview process

I have been asked in for a first interview (reasonably senior role) after an initial HR screening call.
The HR person has sent an email checking in with me and asking if I'd like a call to answer any questions ahead of the interview.
Not had this before, should I show willing and take her up on it or crack on??
And what do I ask if I do speak to her? She already gave me the info for the process etc.

Given its a senior role then presumably you already asked the HR people any questions you had that is relevant to them in the first interview and will have questions more appropriate for the second interviewer ready for that call.
I'd thank them for their offer but confirm the HR questions you had were raised in the initial call and no additional questions for HR have come up since then1 -
Thanks, I just wondered if they were testing to see commitment. I suppose it would build rapport with the HR person but I also don't want to waste their time unnecessarily?!0
