Topcashback + Moneysupermarket

As suggested on MSE I attempted to save money by finding my car insurance through Topcashback and Money supermarket   I purchased the insurance but have never received the £40 in Topcashback   When I queried it with evidence that I had used all the sites as directed they informed me that they would have to wait 8 months then pass it to Moneysupermarket  Its now 4 months since they did so (ie 12 months in all)and I have had nothing  from either company   Companies like this giving customers the run around should be forced out of business
