I've been told to sleep with my head raised because of reflux. Piling up normal pillows doesn't work because I just slide off them! I heard that there is a kind of foam wedge shaped pillow that you can buy. Does anyone know of where I can buy one? High street shops or internet, I don't mind.

I use a memory foam pillow we got in Costco. But beware - you'll probably have neck-ache for a few days until you're used to it.0

I recently bought a Tempur support pillow.
Weighs as much as a breezeblock, is really firm, and incredibly comfy!
Not cheap though - about £70

1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -
