Precise Mortgages Process

Hey all,
Just looking to see if anyone has been through a mortgage with Precise. I'm very anxious waiting going through the underwriting process.
Currently we have had requests for work contracts, questions on account activity and we have had the valuation done on the property we want to buy.
We have been told our case is currently "pending mortgage offer"
Does anyone know when mortgage offers are usually issued and more importantly when underwriting is usually declined. Trying to gauge the likelyhood of receiving a mortgage offer.
