@Albermarle - did you ever get a sensible response from Which? I am a member and I see the offending article is still there, so I'll happily contact them if required.

I did send a message to Which, and had an apologetic sounding email in reply. It said they would send my letter to the research team. But the article is still there with its errors and I've had no explanation of why they think that is right. I also asked them to apologize to you and I presume you've had no apology? So I'm very disappointed by Which and a little angry.
