Please vote based on CUSTOMER SERVICE for your main CURRENT ACCOUNT over the last SIX MONTHS. Ignore rates or any other products, and service if it's more than six months old.

I get increasingly annoyed with your polls. I fill  really!!them in, when asked, click on the results box and am taken back to the original request. I haven't seen a poll result in weeks. Think I'm wasting my time

Same as the poster above. Have clicked the boxes but can never see the results. It is definitely broken.

Surely the results of this bank account poll are skewed in more ways than one.
Firstly Barclays are probably bottom because many, many folk have adverse political views about them - maybe nothing to do with service.
(Can you vote for a bank that you don't actually have an account with).
Secondly youngsters love doing everything on their phones so, naturally, they all vote that Chase and Starling are marvellous - what a surprise !
