Hi, I was wondering if someone could advise me please.
I earned a £30 Morrisons voucher with Toluna but when the email came it only contained a 19 digit giftcard number and a 4 digit pincode with no barcode or link to enter the numbers to get the barcode so I can spend the 'giftcard'
I contacted Toluna on three occasions and each time they fob me off, I contacted Morrisons and they said to contact Toluna.
Has anyone else ever had this problem? I think I might just have to give up on this.
