    yes ras stopping pension payments will free up more cash even in a dmp
    Christians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )

  • Just reading this with interest. Would you recommend stopping paying into a company pension if you're in debt?

    why you paying into a pension when you have debts that you can't manage.
    that is counter productive 


    if you went down any insolvency route , IVA, dro, bankruptcy, you would not be allowed to continue paying in .
    Unless the rules have changed, pension contributions was allowable in bankruptcy as long as it was not excessive.

    royal London says you can continue paying into an occupational pension, the only problems are if you made excessive contributions before insolvency.
    Christians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )

    Did I read that right, £120 per month for 2 sim only contracts? Smarty is £20 a month for unlimited everything, or leaa of you have a data limit.

    I was thinking that. 
    We have 2 sim only contracts and landline and Fast Broadband with Vodafone all for under £60.
