Ok, that was a long shot anyway, next step, I`d send a CCA request.
The times this debt has been assigned and sold, its extremely unlikely Lowell will be able to find the correct legal paperwork for this debt.

Sorry re my delay in posting after receiving communication from Lowell last month (Christmas and all that).
Responding to your request for documentation
We were unable to obtain all the documentation required to fulfil your request under sections 77 & 78 of the consumer credit act 1974.
As we were unable to provide the requested documents, we have decided not to pursue the outstanding balance.
The account has been closed on the 27th November 2024.
