Debt defaulted, sold, now sold again.

Options

Some advice

·        Defaulted on Virgin Credit card

·        Debt sold to Capquest.

·        Submitted CCA was told not able to locate so unenforceable

·        Capquest then passed over to Dryden Solicitors.

·        Again, explained unenforceable, requested CCA they supplied it

·        Setup payment plan with Dryden’s

·        Now seen on Credit report Intrum have brought the debt, no written confirmation.

·        Dryden’s unable to advise at the moment said to continue making payments.

If it has been sold the balance needs to be updated, as I have been paying Dryden’s does this mean as I have accepted the debt and made payments will have to pay Intrum or can I do the whole CCA request again?

Intrum bought Capquest, and Mars Capital UK from Arrow Global last year, looks like the changes are just filtering through.

So the debt has technically not been sold, the company that owed it has, carry on as you are for now until told otherwise.

No more CCA requests for now either eh.
