I read that as the treasurer not entertaining online banking, not TSB not accepting postal orders.

That's how I meant it.

Resolved. I contacted TSB CS via their facebook page and they confirmed that they accept POs. They spoke to the branch to ensure they are aware. Thank you all for your help.
